How Mastering Aerospace Came to Be
It started with a frustration shared by everyone on our founding team: new hires and mid-career professionals alike were struggling with the same knowledge gaps — supply chain traceability, regulatory compliance, MRO documentation — because no one had ever taught them properly.
We spent years mentoring colleagues informally, answering the same questions over and over. Eventually, we decided to build the resource we wished had existed when we were starting out. Mastering Aerospace is the result — a focused library of courses covering the topics that matter most, taught by people who have lived them.
